Registration Instructions

Please fill out the information below completely, precisely and exactly. DO NOT use any abbreviations, or shortened versions of your full legal first and last name.

If you are a new registrant, make sure to have a passport quality head shot photo of you ready to upload during the Adult Registration process.

The registration system may find uploaded information (parent or player) for you which you will need to link to when registering. For assistance, please contact Sports Connect using the information below.
When completing your Adult Registration as a coach/volunteer, you MUST sign in using your login information/email address.

If you have any registration issues or duplicate accounts please contact Sports Connect support by clicking HERE and submitting a ticket (first priority service) or second option, call (855) 703-2558.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction.
